How to Use: 

• Apply one coat of PC21X Nail Lacquer to clean, dry nails using the curved brush for a smooth, even finish. 
• Let dry completely. Apply a second coat for fuller coverage and intensified color.
• For best results, seal with a top coat and allow nails to fully dry between layers.
