How to Use:
- Step 1 – Exfoliate: Apply Melt Away™ Cuticle Exfoliator to the cuticle area. Allow to sit for 1–2 minutes, then gently push back cuticles. Rinse thoroughly and dry nails.
- Step 2 – Treat: Apply one coat of Horsepower™ Nail Rescue Basecoat to clean, dry nails. Wear alone or follow with your favorite butter LONDON nail lacquer.
